The final deadline for registration of research activities in the system

This is to notify all esteemed faculty members that the final deadline for the registration of research activities pertaining to the year 1404–2025, as well as any outstanding/unregistered activities from the year 1403–2024, in the system has been set for the end of the day on 10 Mordad of the current year.

It is emphasized that subsequent to the expiration of the aforementioned deadline, no research activities registered in the system will be reviewed or approved, and no consideration whatsoever will be given to any data entered after the specified date.

Accordingly, all esteemed faculty members and researchers are kindly requested to undertake the final registration and completion of all their research activities in the system prior to the end of the announced deadline. The responsibility for any failure to register, or for the submission of information after the designated date, rests entirely with the researcher. Following the expiration of the set deadline, no requests for registration, modification, or inclusion of information will be accepted.

This announcement is issued in light of the necessity for finalization of research data and its utilization in the evaluation and reporting processes of the university.
